Refund Policy

Red Flag, Green Flag is currently a demonstration. No purchase or tip can be charged by this version.

1. No payments in this demo

Standard US$4.99 and Deep US$9.99 are report price previews. Waffo checkout and tip buttons only demonstrate unlocking content in the browser. No order, payment confirmation, invoice, or receipt is created, so there is no demo transaction to refund.

2. If you see a charge

This version cannot initiate one. Check the merchant details on your statement and contact the actual merchant or your payment provider through their verified channels. Do not send financial details to the placeholder address on this site.

3. Before a paid launch

An operational refund policy, verified merchant and payment arrangements, real support address, delivery terms, and applicable consumer-rights information must be established before enabling payments. Nothing on this page removes rights provided by applicable law.

4. Placeholder contact

support@popquizlab.com is not an operational inbox.
